Thank you for shopping with Maui Haliʻa!
Each item is custom-made and printed to order using our original Maui Haliʻa artwork. Because every order is created especially for you, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and produced within 3–10 business days before shipping. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different fulfillment facilities and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different days.
Shipping Delays
Maui Haliʻa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and the packaging.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
International Duties & Taxes (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (including GST/HST), customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by Canadian customs authorities or the shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Maui Haliʻa has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount. Please contact your local customs office for additional information before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all products are custom-made to order, order changes or cancellations can only be accepted before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
