Clothing & Swimwear Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our boutique clothing items, including dresses, shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, sweat tops, leggings, swimwear, and rash guards, are custom-made and feature original Maui Haliʻa artwork printed to order. New clothing styles will be added to our collection soon.
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item or an incorrect size.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be approved for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective item upon arrival
- Misprint or print quality defect
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size sent
Clear photo proof of the issue must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, unworn and unwashed items may be eligible for store credit or a size exchange if requested within 14 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or signs of use
- Have original tags attached, if applicable
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories & Gift Items Returns Policy
Our boutique accessories and gift items, including mugs, puzzles, tote bags, phone cases, and other custom-made products featuring original Maui Haliʻa artwork, are made to order.
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item or the wrong Maui Haliʻa artwork/design.

- Misprint or print quality defect
- Wrong item received

Clear photo proof of the issue must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a replacement item or issue store credit, at our discretion, once the claim has been reviewed.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all other approved returns.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
